Mecanica Exacta has 70 years of history and know-how in presses, automation, production lines as well as in targeted solutions. As a leading technology firm with advance engineering team, using the newest technologies we develop and build innovative, targeted solutions, expecting always to reach the highest efficiency of the production processes and focusing on the control of every single part of it. The quality and reliability of the firms’ products is based on having an expert development team with decades of experience and based on having very tight control and quality procedures. The technologies that Mecanica Exacta have developed in metal forming and manipulation of parts, allows them to combine high efficiency with great flexibility, productivity and safety. The company is certified by DIN EN ISO 9001. All our machines and production lines are designed and built to serve for decades to its users.

By the flexibility and open mind of the people which are creating the company with support of the advanced machine park, we can answer and to suit the machinery even to the most demanding client and the most sophisticated project. We need to empathize, that the development team is supported by the innovative factory, which is preparing most of the machines for the special orders. Thanks to our highly skilled engineering team we will, analyze, design and produce machine or whole line which will be answering exactly for the needs of the client. All the components, are produced in Portugal in Mecanica Exacta factory, which is giving warranty, that all parts of the solution will be compatible to each other and that the final user will have a full control from one central PLC panel.
