União Comercial da Beira, Lda

A family company, União Comercial da Beira was founded in 1942 by Alexandre Henriques Martins, a hard-working and determined man born in Beira.
Alexandre passed down to his descendants not only this great and ambitious project, but also his commitment to tradition and a passion for his work, enabling his legacy to grow and prosper.
Today, at the hands of his granddaughter Cristina Cunha Martins, the company boasts a new image and new products, ranking as the second largest private producer in the Dão region. Run mostly by women, the brand
offers wines with a character and charm that are typical of feminine care.
With the involvement of Cristina’s daughter, Cristiana,
UNIÃO COMERCIAL DA BEIRA IS NOW IN ITS 4TH GENERATION IN THE
CUNHA MARTINS FAMILY, AND INTENDS TO CARRY ON THAT WAY.
