Design and Engineering
Our engineering team, with it’s creative and pioneering spirit, it’s always looking to be original and a reference in the global market. We have capacity to create high quality design, converting concepts in renders and complex technical drawings, for production. Our engineers and designers are constantly improving the production processes, to create more ef?cient products, sustainable and economic.
Metal manufacturing
Our metal manufacturing section is totally equipped and has the capacity to process and transform steel, aluminum and inox, in any shape or size. We have capacity to work sheet metal, tube, bar, wire, etc.… . In this section, we can ?nd last generation laser cutting machines, welding robots and CNC bending machines.
Carpentry
Carpentry section is fully equipped and has the capacity to process and transform any type of substrate of wood known in the market, such as melamine, laminate, veneer, composites, and many others. This section has CNC machines and edge banders, as the main machines.
Metallic Finish
In order to provide a completely ?nished product, Expoluso has manual and robotized electrostatic painting system.
