Celoplás, Plásticos para a Indústria S.A., founded in 1989, projects, develops and manufactures more than 200 million of technical and precision components per year, by injection moulding and micro injection moulding, using more than 200 different types of thermoplastics, thermosettings and liquid silicon rubber materials, for automotive, electronics, electrical, optics, construction, medical and other industries. Develops and manufactures the moulds for injection moulding.
Along with this activity, Celoplás develops and manufactures micro components, using the most recent micromachining and micro moulding technologies.
Today it has a building area of 11 500m2 in a total area of 25 000m2 and a production hall with more than 70 injection moulding machines. The current team has more than 160 employees, working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Celoplás invests in ongoing training of its human resources, products’ quality, processes and products innovation, and on a strong relationship with scientific and technological institutions, enhancing competitiveness. By this, it is recognized as an international reference on the development and production of components in high technological clusters, using polymeric materials.
Celoplás is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO / TS 16949, ISO 14001 and NP 4457.
