The profound respect for the land and traditions of the people has always guided the owners of Monte do Pintor, a property with about 200ha of which 30 are occupied with vines. The vineyeard located on a gentle hillside facing south is implented in a very unique soil form a distinct Terroir.
The winery at Monte do Pintor favors the most demanding requirements for the production of high quality wines with modern and technologically advanced equipment in order to receive and handle the grapes from our vineyards. For maturation and ageing to better underline the quality of the grapes at such a special location the facilities are underground in order to maintain a natural low temperature range and the option was made to use French oak casks.
Arte and Passion in a distinctive wine made only in exceptional years where Trincadeira, Aragonez and Petit Verdot lay their stunning character into aromas, tastes and textures.
Ripe fruit aromas, liquer sensation, bonbon of cherry, fresh cocoa and peppers. Silky in the mouth, tannins tamed, tasty and seductive.
Citrus colour, reveals fine and persistent bubble with aromas of nuts and lime.
Delicate, displays freshness and lingering finish. Elegant and harmonious.

Complex aromas of dark fruit with notes of spice and cocoa arouses attention to a special wine with solid but silky tannins and a long and challenging persistence
This Monte do Pintor is the full expression of the grape varieties that compound this blend after ageing 10 months in French oak casks.
Shows concentrated aromas of black fruit jam and spices, in a fresh well-balanced blend. Finishes elegant and persistent.
Presents the best expression of Antão Vaz, Arinto and Verdelho. In the nose displays tropical and citric notes
On the palate shows a good volume with citric and mineral notes turning into a fresh and persistent ensemble. A vigorous and full of character white wine.
Deep garnet colour. Displays a great finesse of distinctive and complex aromas excelling harmonious notes of ripe fruit.
The palate is dense, revealing a young and complex wine with a mild acidity in a fresh ensemble
