AZCOA Olive Oil, is produced in Trás-os-Montes, Portugal, in a Mediterranean type climate, characterized by a sharp temperature variation (cold winters, hot summers) low rainfall throughout the year and high topography. The AZCOA Olive Oil has a Protected Designation of Origin (DOP) and is produced entirely by organic methodologies and techniques.
