  • Traditional fermentation of tanning , with temperature controlled fermentation at 26 - 27 °CRed wine aged for a minimum of 2 years in soft oak and bottle.
  • Complex and smooth aromas of vanilla and ripe red fruit , balanced tannins with long finish.
  • Rose meat and roasted beef.
  • To be served at 15-17º and better decanted.
VALE do SADO

Red Wine

  • Red wine from Setúbal region with sandstones soils with 13º alcohol.
  • Alicante Bouschet, Tempranillo and portuguese Castelão and Touriga Nacional grapes.
  • Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature followed by prolonged skin maceration.
  • Soft and structured ,good quality tannins, pleasant finish in mouth.
  • Red meat and pork dishes.
  • Better to be served at 18ºC.

White Wine from Alentejo region

  • The vineyards and the wine define the economic and cultural profile of Vidigueira in Alentejo region. Surrounded by a tapestry of vine-stocks, Vidigueira, Cuba and Alvito are part of the landscape of this sunny region.
  • Antão Vaz, Arinto e Perrum, a perfect combination of these grape varieties reveals the essence of Encosta das Perdizes from Vidigueira. Until recently, Antão Vaz old vineyards were not found outside Vidigueira, this being an autochthonous grape variety kept by the producers of the region and originating an unique wine
  • Lemon-colored, intense aroma of tropical fruits, with hints of vanilla and slightly mineral. In the palate is fresh and balanced with a long, lingering finish.
  • Serve at: 10-12º C.
ENCOSTA das PERDIZES RESERVA Branco

 

The vineyards and the wine define the economic and cultural profile of Vidigueira in Alentejo region. Surrounded by a tapestry of vine-stocks, Vidigueira, Cuba and Alvito are part of the landscape of this sunny region.

Produced from Antão Vaz and Perrum grape must, this wine was partly fermented in French and American oak barrels, slightly on tine lees with regular stirring.

The nose reveals the fruit integrated with wood. It is full bodied and complex, highlighting flavors of honey, vanilla and nuts. The finish is unctuous and long.

Serve at: Serve at 10/11º C.

  • This “Vinho Verde” result of a blend of different grape varieties of the “Vinhos Verdes” region, with citrine color, aromatic, smooth and harmonious, with a touch of sparkle and refreshing, youthful and light, to taste with joy.
  • 2017 VINTAGE Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto.
  • With unique features, that make it a "cosmopolitan wine", adjustable to all circumstances and social events, it has deserved the unanimous applause!
  • It’s excellent as an aperitif and great to accompany cold meals, salads and confectionery.
  • It should be consumed at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC
