Our family has been working in viticulture and wine growing for several generations. We currently explore over 170 hectares divided in two properties in central Bairrada, near Anadia: one property is called Quinta de Vale de Azar and the other is Quinta de São Mateus, where the cellar is located.
Our vineyard run under integrated production regime by Jorge Campolargo, gives a large assortment of grape varieties that the oenologist Raquel Carvalho converts into our various wines. These are presented by Carlos Campolargo to national and international consumers, supported by his daugther Joana, in charge of external relations.
In our Lagarinhos Vineyard, near Goveia, we produce one red wine under Dão D.O.C..
We seek Bairrada D.O.C. certification for all other wines, so that we can proudly carry the name of our land, far and wide.
