Paper - We work with a 2.55m wide flatbed machine for papers up to 180 grs / m2, simili-krafts, test-liner, fluting, etc.
We work according to market needs, 24/24 hours 11 months a year. Production capacity currently stands at around 15,000 tons. Papers can be supplied in rolls or sheets to the required dimensions. The company is PEFC certified, this decision emerges as a way to respond to the demands of the market and to the concerns of society, increasingly aware of the need to preserve natural resources and the environment.
Paper Bags - 6 production lines with in-line printing on tubes up to 4 colors and 8-color pre-press printing. The basic raw materials are kraft papers, raw and white bags, PE / aluminum / silicone coated papers, etc., PE film and sleeve, PE or raffia bags for combination packaging.
The varieties of bags manufactured are: open / glued, opened / sewn, valve / glued, valve / sewn, sachets with or without handles of wing or banana, special bags for specific purposes to customers' requests. Applications: flour for human consumption, bread, sugar, tea, coffee, potato, chestnut, frozen, animal feed, pet food, coal, fertilizers, cement, kaolins, chemicals, coil yarns, liquid fish, tar, additives for concrete.
The installed capacity could reach 60 million bags / year, but the type of order in which we specialize (small and medium) requires a reality of 45 to 50 million. Exports this year are expected to reach 60%, distributed by a considerable diversity of customers and types of bags.
