The Quinta do Cruzeiro has been in Júlia Kemper’s family for over four centuries and produces exclusively organic wines. It is located in the Dão region which is sheltered from maritime and continental influences, with abundant rainfall in the winter and warm dry summers. The company recovered its century-old granite "lagares", where the (organic) grapes are still foot trodden today just as many centuries ago. Julia Kemper aims to create wines that reflect the unique climate and soils conditions from Quinta do Cruzeiro. All the wines are aged naturally in the cellar and they take their time to show bright freshness and fully express their sense of origin, creating a unique wine experience.

All stages of production are strictly controlled and followed by Julia Kemper’s philosophy, always respecting the environment. By respecting the environment we respecting ourselves.
