Componit Lda is a Portuguese Company operating in Thermoplastics Compounds Production.
Our PVC, TPE, PP and PE Compounds covering the major applications in the plastic Industry. We are supplying tailor made solutions for Injection, Extrusion or blow moulding method.
Our technical and commercial teams combined with our production technology allow us to deliver our Compounds in order to the expectation of our customers all around the world.
COMPONYL is the designation of PVC compound that have the custom characteristics, according to the clients’ specifications. It can be made for Extrusion and Injection with the right balance of plasticizers, stabilizers, additives, others.
COMPORUB - The Thermoplastic Rubber (TR) compounds are based in a block copolymers of styrene and butadiene, SBS.
COMPOPRENE - SEBS is a recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) compound, based in a block copolymers of styrene, ethylene and butadiene.
COMPOPP is the designation of polypropylene (PP) homopolymer or copolymer reinforced with talc and/or fiberglass. If necessary, these products can have flame retardant properties to meet UL-94 standards.
The International Strategy is in our DNA. Currently we export 85% of our production, mainly in Europe and North Africa. Our objective next year is to open new markets in South America and consolidate our presence in Europe.
