Resdevmed, Lda, known as its commercial brnad Boneeasy, is a manufacturer of custom-made CMF (craniomaxilofacial) medical devices. We are a ISO 13485 certified company for this kind of medical devices, and we are always trying to achieve better and better manufature quality standards. Our production is made in certified cleanrooms and it is a routine to prefrom external quality analysis to mke sure that our prcedures are in accordance with ISO demandings.
Our production involves the creation of medical devices in Titanium, PEEK, Zirconia, PCL, Alumine Oxide, in medical or implantable grade, as applicable.
Nowadays we conquered the Portuguese market that is still increasing everyday. Furthermore we already have several franchise contrats around the world for the distribution of our products there, such as Brazil (that includes aome South America countries); Singapure (involving also Vietnam and Philippines); Saudi Arabia (including all Middle East and some North Africa countries); Italy and Spain. We are also selling to several clinics around Europe (Romenia, Ireland, France, Slovenia, Hungary, Norway).
Our philosophy is to always study, develop and test new disruptive products and services that allows to fulfill medical devices market flaws. Those development can be dine by BoneEasy, as well as in partnership with Universities, Institutions or other companies.
Our market is very specific and so our products and services needs o be carefully disclosed. For that we are always in touch with several Maxilofacial surgery departamente in several Hospital in several countries, ans ofcourse we are always asking key maxilofacial and oral surgerons to give us inputs to improve the exhisting products and to create new others.

Our products are for craniomaxilofacial area.
It intends to substitute, reconstructe and rehabilitate lost or damaged maxilofacial bone, partial or totally, in order to give back its fisiologic function to give patients better life quality.

Mesh4U - custom made titanium tent for bone guided regeneration products
Implantize Hybrid: custom made cortialized titanium structure, for atrophic bone jaws, in orther to rehabilitate patients with a screwed retained prosthesis.
iCMF Ti: custom made cranio maxilo facial cortical structures
iCMF Zr: custom made Aesthetic implants, for facial defects
