The company Cinco Quintas was born in 2010, but it has the tradition of producing wine since 1995.
On the south slopes of the mount S. Bento grows a precious wine, sublimated by the terroir of the river valley that has the same name- Avicella- thermal place where in ancient times it was a place of pleasure for roman nobles.
Our wine has the particularty of just having grapes from our five farms, all of them located in the city of Vizela and with an excellent solar exposure. These condictions allow us to produce wines with separate grapes varieties such as: White -Loureiro, White-Alvarinho, White-Trajadura and White-Arinto. In addition to those grapes varieties we also produce the Red wine -Vinhão which suits perfectly with most of the regional gastronomy dishes.
At the moment, we are only working with the Portuguese Market, but we intend to expand our fabulous wines all over the world… Ensuring maximum satisfaction for all our costumers, who are always our priority. The philosophy of Cinco Quintas is “make each Avicella moment a memorable one“
