We are a craft distillery located in the north of Portugal.

Born out of the passion for gin we started off by creating GinT Rubro, our flgaship gin that has been awarded and recognized interantionally. We are proud of what we have achieved and are now working on other products.

Our mission, if we may call it so, is to try to take our love for this craft to all those who appreciate spirits or simply enjoy having a good time with friends.

GinT Rubro

GinT Rubro emerges from a great passion two friends have for Gin, from the desire for something distinctive, made to be enjoyed in its many forms. GinT Rubro is a celebration to friendship and unchangeable memories. Filled in very a special bottle, closed with a bold natural cork stopper and finally sealed with wax, it carries a message from the distiller - "Drink to remember, not to forget!" GinT Rubro is an ode to memories and preserving them. The distiller tells his story through the botanical mix he carefully distils: - Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Cassia, Elderflower, Sweet Orange Peel are the celebration of their friendship, their love for gin, the base for a balanced dry gin; - Nutmeg and Clove - two spices are widely used in the Portuguese cuisine and revives the discovery era, the spice trade, Vasco da Gama, the adventurous spirit; - Fig Tree Bark - Harvested by the distiller himself, it has the unmistakable aroma of a fig tree in the summer. This aroma is the distiller's childhood memory back in his grandmothers backyard where he spent most of his holidays enjoying the hot summers.
