We believe good things come from and are made locally by people we can see and know. In Portugal, we have more than 250 varieties of native grapes - and most of these varieties do not exist in other parts of the world. They are masters of realizing the full potential of a country full of diversity. Vineyards are planted on all types of soil, from sand to shale, and exposed to different microclimates, from the influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean to the influence of Continental Europe. The result is an impressive range of wines that is as diverse as it is unique.
