In 2007, the construction and real estate company Nortiparm was founded. In 2018 the company was restructured and Índice Binário was born, a new company specialising in residential construction. In 2020 a brand was created, IB Woodwork, dedicated to carpentry. Currently, the brand has set new goals, defined new markets and shifted its focus to exports.
