ARBUN Original
White spirit produced from the fruits of the strawberry tree (Arbutus unedo). The fruits are manually harvested, between the end of September and the end of December, in spontaneous stands scattered in the Serra do Caldeirão (Alentejo and Algarve). Its fermentation is promoted by natural yeasts (without additives), developed in watertight stainless-steel tanks, with temperature control, to take place between October and March. Distillation using copper still immediately after the end of fermentations (October to March).

ARBUN Honey
Traditional liquor made from the mixture, under moderate fire and in balanced amounts according to ancestral recipes, of honey (where distinctive essences of Serra do Caldeirão predominate, especially rosemary), medronho spirit (resulting from the fermentation and distillation of fruits of strawberry tree harvested manually in wild stands), lemon (from the orchards of the Algarve) and cinnamon.

ARBUN Juniper
Slow distilled gin, using neutral alcohol, in which the different selected botanical essences are immersed: juniper, coriander seeds, lemon verbena, cardamom, angelica root, iris root and fennel. A part of these botanicals is previously macerated in order to promote the extraction of their flavours and enhance the aromatic character of the distillate.

ARBUN Juniper Premium
Gin obtained from a balanced mixture of four distillations carried out separately: herbal essences (juniper, coriander seeds, lemon verbena, cardamom, angelica root, iris root and fennel), Algarve citrus essences (orange, lemon and tangerine) , mint from the streams of Serra do Caldeirão (pennyroyal) and arbutus spirit.

ARBUN Citric
Spirit prepared from the distillation of citrus essences from oranges, lemons and tangerines from the orchards of the Algarve. The result of this distillation is then mixed, in the right proportion, with a sugar syrup slowly prepared in small batches.

Portuguese company based in the Algarve and distillery in Serra do Caldeirão, producer of artisanal distillates using high quality local products in which the strawberry tree stands out.
First, we seek to establish commercial anchors with Portuguese communities around the world, who are already aware of the quality of this product. Having established these bridges, we will then be able to establish new commercial strategies adapted to each of the international markets, aiming at the dissemination of arbutus, its quality and unique character in the world of spirits.
